12 weeks to Personal Transformation

Have you ever felt like you’re constantly running around, doing a bunch of stuff for a bunch of people, but never really having time to take care of yourself?

Or maybe you have a nice house, nice car and a high paying job, but you just aren’t feeling the level of satisfaction and fulfillment you thought you’d have at this stage of your life?

Because I used to be like that too!

The overwhelm, exhaustion, running in circles trying to take care of everyone else…yet neglecting myself along the way is literally – CRAZY MAKING!
Let’s just say that I turned “busy” into an art form!

When you’re constantly push, push, pushing all the time – at work, at home, with the kids – always trying to get more done in an ever-shrinking amount of time, what happens is you enjoy life less.

You feel less fulfilled.

And one day you wake up asking yourself, “Is this all there is? Is this all I can expect from my life?”

Which winds up creating a different type of stress, because on paper your life looks great! You’ve got the car, the house, the kids…but you’re not 100% happy.

And you’re trying to figure out why your life seems so great on the outside but feels so unfulfilled on the inside.

This program is intense – on purpose. We do a lot of classroom learning in the beginning. Why? We are going to take what you have learned during the first 4 weeks and implement them the next 8 weeks. I will be with you every step of the way.

Group therapy/coaching has been on the rise for the past 100 years because group settings aid in developing a community of trust, support, and camaraderie. In addition, group therapy/coaching sessions help with the following:

  • Helps the individual realize that they are not alone. Normalizes their situation.
  • Encourages mutual support
  • Helps the individual find their voice

This program runs in THREE parts.

  • 4 weeks live group sessions – 1hr each.
  • 4 weeks weekly check ins and fb group support 10min to 30min.
  • 4 weeks live group session check ins and accountability (30min to 1hr)

Why this format?

To truly make a change to be happy to the core takes commitment to yourself. The first four weeks we will be working on the self. The next four sessions you will work on what you learned your first month. Last four sessions you will work on how you show up in the world. 12 weeks to transformation!

Due to the intensity and support provided, Jennifer will only accept up to 20 people per session. Each participant will have a 15-30-minute phone call with Jennifer at the beginning, middle, and end of the program – weeks 1, 7 and 12. The initial session will be to discuss where you are in life and what you want out of the group. The middle session is to support you in the creation and plan to reach your intended goals. Final session is to discuss next steps. Group size is limited to 20 (online).

  • Goal setting. Setting goals with achievable steps to achieve success.
  • Looking at potential roadblocks and how to overcome them.
  • How to safely say no and confidently say yes.
  • Look at all aspects of life – Emotional health, finances, spirituality, physical wellness, professional life, and relationships.

Time investment:

  • 12 weeks. 4 – 60-minute sessions in person online; 4 weekly drop-in check ins; 4 weekly zoom check ins.

This program is valued at well over $1500, however, I am extremely passionate about helping support people live their lives happy to the core. Therefore, for the rest of 2019, this program will be a financial investment of $597/person!
