The Finesse Counselling program provides you with a safe place to discuss your concerns and be supported to improve your mental and emotional well-being. Together, we work to improve your understanding of your current situation and create strategies to move forward. During our time together, you will be provided a space where you can express and examine your feelings, enhance your self-esteem, strengthen your relationships and work through life’s traumatic events.
I have been trained in practicing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This type of therapy is:
